Major Vibhav Kapoor brings with him vast practical and theoretical experience of over 28 years spanning services in the Indian Military to the corporate sector. Major Kapoor was commissioned in 1980 and served in various capacities with the Indian Army’s Special Forces unit to the specialized Military Police units. Post his army career he armed himself with a Masters in HR and MDBA in Personnel Management and combined his training skills acquired from ISABS to set up Value Lanes in 2005. He completed his basic and advance lab on Human Process with ISABS. He also trained on NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Transactional Analysis and Appreciative Inquiry. This unique combination of military skills to corporate to entrepreneurship is the foremost reasoning of Value Lanes market presence. While serving The Elite Army Special Forces (Parachute Commandos), Major Kapoor had taken part in Army Operations in J&K (Kargil), Nagaland, Manipur, Assam and also Maldives (Operation Cactus).
