Prior to joining hands with Value Lanes, Col. Dhar served as the Deputy President of the Services Selection Board (Defence) Bangalore. During his tenure with the SSB, he has assessed over 4000 officer-level candidates for selection into the armed forces. During a career span of 26 years he has served in various important assignments including as an Instructor at the Military Intelligence Training School, Pune. He commanded an Infantry Battalion on Line of Control for which he was decorated with SenaMedal. He also has COAS Commendation Card to his credit for his outstanding performance during Ayodhya riots. Col. Dhar trained and specialized to select, retain and develop people and build avaluebased organization while at the SSB. Col. Dhar is a Science Graduate from National Defence Academy, Kharakvasla, Pune with PGDBA from Symbiosis Institute, Pune. He is a certified professional from the Defense Institute of Psychological Research in assessment and specialized interviewing techniques. Recurrently he is pursuing his journey with ISABS. Member of Association for Experiential Education. He has been conducting Out Bound Training for various corporate as part of Value Lanes for nearly 16 years and has trained over 85,000 participants so far.
