An Electronics Engineer by qualification and a capability developer by choice, Haresh has over three decades years of work experience in Sales, Client Servicing and Training. He started his training career with Team Productivity Consultants Limited. He has worked with organizations like America Online, AXA and Future Group, in the area of training and assessment centres. Haresh has led and managed strategic projects in the area of people development to support business strategies with various organizations. He has conducted workshops in the areas of Leadership, Team Building, Sales, Service, Negotiation and Facilitation skills over many years. He has designed and conducted assessment and development centres for over 6 years. He is also a certified Hogan’s & DISC facilitator and assessor.
